- Defining Scope of Engagement: When you first contact us, we will conduct a preliminary interview to determine the scope and nature of your project. We use the information gathered during this interview to form a custom project team tailored to your specific needs. During this first stage we work with you to determine your goals and the work product that will meet those goals. This frames the scope of our engagement.

Discovery: If pre-discovery or discovery is ongoing, we will provide detailed recommendations for discovery requests.

Data and Documents: We will review with you the data and documents available to assess the analytic possibilities provided by available data, and to develop additional discovery avenues.

Expert Strategy and Selection: After the initial scoping phase, we are available to recommend experts that will bring the experience and credibility you need, and the ability to provide effective testimony. After assembling your expert team, we can assist in your review of the expert analyses and reports to ensure they address the requirements of your case.

Exhibit Preparation: We can assist in the production of persuasive courtroom exhibits, including digital, printed and video presentations that are capable of conveying even complex concepts to the non-expert.

Anticipating and Defending Daubert Challenges: We specialize in anticipating likely areas for Daubert challenges; preempting challenges by vetting and improving experts' approach, report, presentation, and resume; and defending the Daubert challenges that do come.
