Whether it’s an expert we found or an expert our client brings to the table, we vet all experts by reviewing academic and professional credentials, publications, peer criticism or praise, and past Daubert challenges.  This vetting ensures that your expert will hold up on the stand, helps to preempt any challenges to the expert’s qualifications or methods, and protects our clients from unpleasant surprises in a Daubert motion or--worse--at trial.

We also vet opposing experts  to identify areas to explore on deposition or cross, and grounds for challenges to the expert’s credentials.
