Reviewing Expert Reports

We review the reports of experts we or our clients source for two key purposes.  First, we can play devil’s advocate to strengthen weaknesses and prepare for counterarguments by the opposing expert.  Second, we’ll help your expert tailor their report to satisfy the evidentiary requirements of expert opinions and speak to the elements of your case that are appropriate for and best supported by an expert.

Our experts can also review the opposing expert’s report [link to response to opposing experts]  to provide you and your expert guidance in how to effectively respond.  Our review includes recommendation for arguments in a rebuttal expert report; suggestions for questions or lines of questioning for depositions or cross; and areas for Daubert/Rule 702 challenges to the expert’s credentials or opinions.
